Professional Servicing

Our affiliated dive centre, Triton Scuba is an authorized servicing centre for all of the major brands of diving equipment and we offer a "mail order" servicing facility for regulators and BCDs. Our Servicing Centre is staffed by fully qualified ASSET Avanced Technicians all of whom have also undertaken manufacturers training programmes. This means that we can service all makes of equipment even if we dont sell it.

Prices

The cost of labour for servicing is fixed and shown below but parts are charged on top. We only use manufacturers servicing kits (around £10 - £15 per kit) when we undertake work, and while this might be a bit more expensive it ensures that the right parts are replaced and gives you peace of mind. You will be informed of the exact price of your parts during the booking process.

1st and Second Stage Service - £28.00
Alternate Air Source Service (including auto air) - £14.00
O2 Clean - add £3 per item
BCD Service - £12

Return delivery to you by Courier - £5.50

If you would like us to service your equipment please call us or email us and we will give you a booking refence number. At this time we will take your credit card payment details in advance for the work, and provide you with a quote on the assumption that stadard parts will be used.* You then simply send us your equipment, using a recordable service to:

Sending the equipment to us is at your own expense but we recommend that you use a recordable delivery service. Once received we will service the equipment and return it to you by courier within 10 working days. PLEASE ensure that there will be someone at the delivery address you provide to collect the items when they arrive.

A Word About Warranty

We guarantee all of our work for a period of 3 months from date of servicing. Should it go wrong due to something we have done during this time we will service the equipment again free of charge. However, please note, diving equipment is mechanical and it consists of various parts that have a limited lifetime. Parts failure, misuse and carelessness (such as allowing water to enter the first stage), can decrease the time taken for equipment to fail and our warranty is not valid in such circumstances. This will be determined by an ASSET qualified technician at the time. Should you need to return an item, please contact us in advance.

*Please note that if on examination of the equipment we find something that requires additional work or parts over and beyond that which we would deem to be normal, that we will contact you to advise of this and the cost involved prior to continuing the work.
