Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Items are despatched by either Royal Mail or Courier. For smaller items we use Royal Mail in order to keep the costs of shipping down. Should you wish to have an item despatched by courier you can contact us by email or telephone at the time of placing your order and provide specific instructions. Free shipping and handling for orders of a value of £150 or over applies only to UK delivery addresses. Items shipped outside of the UK will be subject to individual shipping quotes - contact Direct Dive Gear for a quote at the time of ordering. |
Delivery Schedule If the product is in stock it will be delivered within 2 to 3 days. However, some items may be temporarily out of stock and these may take up to 7 days. Some products have estimated delivery information listed on the web page. These are estimates and Direct Dive Gear do not accept any responsibility for loss due to late deliveries. Should an item be likely to take more than 7 days to deliver we will endeavour to contact you before we process your order.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will endeavour to contact you if the back order will be longer than 7 days and give you the option to cancel your order. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Essentially all goods can be returned for whatever reason within 28 days of purchase. However you should inform us of your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. WEe will give you a return number at that time. Returns outside of these timeframes will not be accepted. Please note that goods must be returned unused, with all original packaging and labels still attached.
